At Anna Roos, we sell unique 3D-printed products that are custom-made. All products are personalized in terms of color combinations and are specifically produced to order. For this reason, it is not possible to return our products, except in the case of defects.

Return Policy for Defects

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at info@annaroos.eu if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item. In such cases, we will evaluate the issue and, if necessary, offer a replacement or repair.

Legal Cooling-Off Period

Although consumers within the EU typically have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period, this right does not apply to custom-made products that are specifically produced according to the customer’s specifications. Our products fall under this exception.

Refunds for Defects

If we determine that a return is justified (e.g., due to a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping), we will replace or repair the item free of charge. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases and upon review. If a refund is approved, you will receive it within 10 business days via the original payment method.
