At Anna Roos, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Not happy with your product after all? Then you can return it free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

You can return your product, provided it meets the following conditions:

• The product is not damaged.
• The product is returned in its original condition.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, you’ll receive your purchase amount back within 10 business days via the original payment method.
