Shipping policy
At Anna Roos, we don’t keep items in stock in order to prevent overproduction. All products are only made after payment has been received, using our 3D printers. This process takes time. For reference:
- Olivia Vase: 12 hours of printing time
- Cookie Jar: 5 hours of printing time
- Candy Jar S: 2 hours of printing time
Depending on (seasonal) demand, processing times may increase. We aim to ship every order within 1 business day.
Shipping is handled by PostNL. As soon as your order has been dropped off at a parcel point, you will receive an email with the track & trace code. From that moment on, we no longer have any influence over the delivery time. In general, your order will be delivered within 2 business days. During busy periods, this may take longer.
